  • How do I get started with your services?
    To get started with our services, complete the quote form on our website and choose the service you need. We will get back to you as soon as possible. We may email you for more information about your request so that we can properly assess your needs and provide you with a quote.
  • What should I do if I haven't received a quote after completing the form?
    Typically, you can expect to receive a quote within 3 business days of your request. If you haven't received a quote or an email requesting more information within this timeframe, please check your spam or junk folder, as sometimes our emails may be mistakenly filtered there. If you still haven't received any correspondence from us after checking your spam or junk folder, feel free to reach out to our support team for further assistance at support@thegrowthvine.com.
  • Can I request multiple services and how does the process work?
    Yes, you can request more than one service from The Growth Vine. To ensure we fully understand your needs for each service you are requesting, you must complete a quote form for each service. This helps us provide accurate quotes and tailor our solutions specifically for you. When you are ready to pay, you have the option to have all the services placed on the same invoice for your convenience.
  • Do I need to sign up to request a service?
    No, you don't need to sign up to request a service. However, if you wish to book a consultation with us after payment for a service, signing up will be necessary to access our booking feature. **Please note that if you are requesting our website building service, attending consultations is mandatory, and therefore, you will be required to sign up.
  • How soon will I receive my order?
    When completing the quote form, you should select a turnaround time for your request to be completed for our graphic design, website building, presentation, printing, and homework assistance services. The turnaround time begins the next business day after we have received payment for your request. For example, Mary Jane requested our graphic design service on Tuesday and selected a turnaround time of "5-7 business days". If she pays for her order on Thursday, she'll receive it at least 5 business days after, which would fall on the following Thursday. Here are a few important points to remember: Our express option does not apply to our website-building service. If you have requested our tutoring service, we will reach out via email for additional details and to discuss when we can commence the sessions. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to assisting you with your needs.
  • How do I pay for the service that I requested?
    If you have accepted the quote sent to you, you will automatically receive an invoice that includes a link directing you to our payment processor. If you prefer to make a bank transfer, please reach out to us via email at support@thegrowthvine.com, and we will assist you with this request. **Please note that we do not accept cash as a payment option.
  • Is there a grace period for payments?
    If you have requested our tutoring services, please be aware that payment is due within 48 hours after the session concludes. After this 48-hour period, a late fee will be applied and added to your upcoming tutoring session. For all other services, including graphic design, presentations, website building, homework assistance, and online courses, payment must be completed before we begin any work. As such, there is no grace period or late fee applicable for these services. For further details, we encourage you to review our Terms of Use. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to reach out.
  • How can I access and manage my invoices from The Growth Vine?
    All your invoices would have been automatically emailed to you, so we advise you to keep these invoices easily accessible to you. For record-keeping and future reference, make sure to save these emails in a dedicated folder. As part of our ongoing process improvements, you will soon be able to view and manage all your invoices directly from your dashboard on The Growth Vine website. This feature is being developed to help streamline your interactions with our services. Stay tuned for updates on this new functionality!
  • How do I request a refund?
    If you'd like a refund, please direct your request to support@thegrowthvine.com within 14 days following the completion of the service. Keep in mind that depending on the service you chose and certain conditions, a refund may not be applicable.
